1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Padel Solution website and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product images, specifications, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed securely through our website using our payment providers, iKhokha (card payments) and Float (interest-free instalments on your credit card). All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Courier fees for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Parallel Imports
Our products are parallel imports (also called grey goods): genuine, brand-new products that we buy outside South Africa and import ourselves, instead of buying them through each brand’s official South African distributor. They are genuine goods to which the trade mark was applied by, or with the consent of, the trade mark owner. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods.
As required by section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and regulation 8 of its regulations, we confirm that: these goods have been imported without the approval or licence of the registered owner of the trade mark. No guarantee or warranty in respect of these goods will be honoured or fulfilled by any official or licensed importer of these goods in South Africa.
This notice applies to every product on our website, product pages, invoices and other marketing material.
7. Warranty, Defects & After-Sales Support
The manufacturer’s warranty and any after-sales support offered by a brand’s authorised South African distributor do not apply to our products. Any warranty, return or support for our products is provided solely by Padel Solution, in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy and the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact Padel Solution, not the brand or its South African distributor, for any warranty claim, repair or return.
The warranty period follows each brand’s own policy, and you always keep the six-month warranty on defective goods that the Consumer Protection Act gives you. The warranty covers manufacturing defects up to the amount paid for the product. Processing times for warranty claims depend on the brand. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered.
8. Independent Retailer: No Affiliation
Padel Solution is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Padel Solution is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor of any manufacturer, brand owner, club, league, sports body or other third-party rights holder. The mere fact that a brand name, trade mark, logo or product is referred to on this website does not imply any such relationship.
9. Customer Acknowledgement
By purchasing a product from Padel Solution, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the above, that the product is a parallel import, and that you understand the differences in warranty and support compared with products sold through the official South African distribution channel. You confirm this by ticking the acknowledgement box at checkout.
10. Trade Marks & Intellectual Property
All brand names, trade marks, product names and logos shown on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the products we sell. The Padel Solution name and logo, and the original text and design of this website, belong to Padel Solution and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website, except where the Consumer Protection Act or other law does not allow this to be limited. You use this website and its services at your own risk.
12. Modifications
Padel Solution reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
