Questions about the Zidane edition
How is it different from the standard Metalbone Carbon?
The Zidane edition is built on the Metalbone Carbon, with a limited Zinedine Zidane design and commemorative packaging.
Is this racket genuine?
Yes. It is 100% genuine and brand new. It is a parallel import, and warranty claims are handled by Padel Solution.
Is a round racket right for me?
Round rackets have the biggest sweet spot and the most control, so they suit players who build points rather than finish them with power. See our round padel rackets for more options.
***Parallel import ***

Warranty and parallel import
Parallel import. This product is 100% genuine and brand new. We import it ourselves, so your warranty is handled by Padel Solution, not by the brand's South African distributor.
Parallel import
Our products are parallel imports. We import them into South Africa ourselves instead of buying them through each brand's official South African distributor. Every product is 100% genuine and brand new: parallel import describes how a product reached South Africa, not what it is.
Who handles your warranty
Padel Solution does. Because our products do not come through the brand's official South African distributor, that distributor will not accept warranty claims for them, so please bring any claim to us and we will handle it for you.
Warranty period
The warranty period follows each brand's own policy, and you always keep the six-month warranty on defective goods that the Consumer Protection Act gives you. How long a claim takes to process depends on the brand.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, up to the amount you paid for the product. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling or accidents (for example hitting the glass, wall or floor), or normal wear and tear.
How to claim
WhatsApp us on 078 835 6431 or email support@padelsolution.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Claims are handled in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Can I return or exchange it?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours. Read our full returns policy.
Can I pay it off?
Yes. Choose Float at checkout to split your order into up to 6 interest-free monthly instalments on the credit card you already have. How Float works.
