What to Pack in Your Padel Bag: The Complete Checklist
The complete padel bag checklist and how to choose between a backpack, racket bag and competition bag.

Turning up to the court without balls, a dry grip or a water bottle is the quickest way to start a match on the back foot. Use this checklist to pack your padel bag properly, and see which type of bag suits the way you play.

Which padel bag should you choose?
Backpack
Perfect for one or two rackets and the basics. Easy to carry and great if you cycle, walk or play straight after work. Try the NOX Pro Series Backpack.
Padel bag (racket bag)
The most popular choice. Room for several rackets, a separate shoe compartment and usually a thermal pocket that protects your rackets from the heat. Options include the NOX Street Series, the NOX ML10 Team and the NOX Pro Series Bag.
Large competition bag
For tournament players carrying multiple rackets, a change of kit and everything for a full day at the club. See the NOX ML10 Competition XL.
Why a thermal compartment matters in South Africa
Heat is one of the biggest enemies of a padel racket. A thermal-lined compartment helps protect the core and face when your bag is in a hot car or in the sun beside the court. Read more in our guide on how to look after your padel racket.
